While on Auto-Pay, we will charge your credit card, debit card, or bank account on the 1st of the month for your Auto-pay Membership.  

Auto-pay Membership is set up, paid for, and completed in the salon only, and you can not purchase online.

Membership FAQ's

Why would you want to be an Auto-pay Member?

• Save up to $20.00 or more in savings per month.
• You can tan and feel the sun and warmth all year long with a much smaller monthly payment.
• You never have to wonder when your package runs out.
• You will always receive the lowest possible price.
• We will continue to add more benefits and discounts as time goes on. 

How long do you have to commit? 

We ask for a minimum of a four-month commitment. After the four months, you are free to cancel anytime, but we ask that you give a 30-day notice. You will need to come into the salon to cancel your Membership. 

Do you automatically stop the Auto-pay after four months?

No. You will need to come in and let us know that you want to cancel. 

What happens if you cancel early?

We understand that life happens and things come up; all we ask is a 30-day notice after your initial 4 months is up. If you are cancelling prior to 4 months, and you give 30 days notice, we will cancel after 4 months have been completed.   

Are there any additional fees to have a membership? Yes. We charge a one time activation fee of $25. This is not recurring, and it is paid when you sign up. If you end up cancelling your membership after the 4 month period, and then resign up later, you will be subject to the $25 fee again. We do not charge for cancellation or late fees.

Can you put my Auto-pay Membership on hold?  

Yes. We ask that you give at least a 30-day notice before the hold is needed, and we also ask for a date when the delay will be done. If no date is given, it will be considered a 30 day hold and we will resume payments the following month.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes. We have a contract that you will need to sign when setting up auto-pay. This allows Hometown Tan to withdraw money from your credit card or bank account.

What day of the month is the auto-pay taken out of my account? 

The 1st of every month!
